Jr. Welterweight contender Semajay Thomas calls out Sergey Lipinets for next showdown

Chicago Junior welterweight contender Semajay Thomas who is (9-1) with 6 wins by knockout is calling out one of the toughest fighters in the division, former IBF junior welterweight champion Sergey Lipinets. Thomas who is currently signed with Haymon promotions very adamant about wanting this fight to happen next. “I think that a fight with me and Lipinets should be next and his record is close to mine he’s 14 wins and one loss, I’m 9 wins and one loss, let’s make it happen.”

Thomas is coming off of two back to back knockout victories but hasn’t been as active as he would like and he wants to get the ball rolling hard, in a action packed fight on the FOX PBC December 22nd card. “they can put us in there on that card. I’m ready I’m in shape, why not, let’s make a great fight, I’m keeping my knockout streak going.” Lipinets is not known for turning down fights and his last fight was in August of this year let’s see if this bout is added to the December card in New York.
