Chihuahua, Mexico- Saturday night at the Gimnasio Manuel Bernardo Aguirre in Chihuahua, Omar Chavez gets his revenge as he stops Ramon Alvarez in the rematch.

Both Chavez and Alvarez were ready to continue the Civil war between country mates and families. As we approach the mega fight between Saul “Canelo” Alvarez Vs Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, the brother started the family wars. The brother feud began two years ago as Ramon defeated Omar with a unanimous decision.

Omar got his revenge as he scored a 2nd round stoppage over Ramon in a sold-out crowd in Chihuahua. In the first-round, Ramon was controlling the fight as he landed several clean shots. Chavez landed a straight right hand in the second round that Ramon was not able to recoup. After landing the straight right, Chavez landed several punches as the referee put a stop to bought.

“I dedicated this fight to my parents.”

When asking if he would be attending his brother’s fight against Canelo

“I hope I get my visa on Monday.”
