Amazing how Bob Arum wants all the people that Manny Pacquiao fight to come down in weight and a catch weight at that, and just drain the fighters of their strength. Now when they throw Juan Manual Marquez in the picture and Marquez wants a catch weight of no more than 144lbs, now it's a big deal to Arum. He said that Manny will fight at 147lbs the welterweight limit. So now it's a problem.
