Former world champion Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. confirmed that his confidence is back after winning a majority decision over Jonathan Arellano Saturday night in Caguas, Puerto Rico. Early in the second round Vazquez Jr. was caught with a solid left hook from Arellano that shook him.
