Amir Khan: I've Signed The Floyd Mayweather Contract for May 3rd, Floyd's turn Now

By Shawn Craddick

The Dailymail in the UK has revealed that Amir Khan has signed the dotted line that the Mayweather camp sent over. Now he is just waiting for Floyd to sign the contract. However there are speculations that Marcos Maidana might have a contract being to him too. So far, we do know that Amir has signed the contract. It's up to Floyd to sign now.

Quote from dailymail.co.uk ..

'I am the one who signed the contract, I've signed my part of the contract, they've not signed theirs,' he said. 'If he wants to fight Amir Khan then he should sign it.'

Marcos Maidana, who dethroned Adrien Broner as the WBA welterweight champion earlier this month and who lost to Khan in 2010, has emerged as another possible opponent for Mayweather, although the Brit remains a firm favorite.

'If he wants to face someone I've beaten then so be it,' added Khan. 'He wants to fight someone who makes him look good but styles make fights.'
