Undoubtedly, "MIKEY" GARCIA is one of the best featherweights in the world, but wants to be the best, and so is working as ever for the biggest fight of his career that will take place on JANUARY 19when he takes on Mexican Orlando "Siri" Salido in New York.

"I am aware that I will fight the best featherweight champion of the world and that is why I am working as ever, because I know I have to be one hundred percent to beat Orlando Salido," said Mikey Garcia of Oxnard, California.

The Theater at Madison Square Garden was festive attire whenTOP RANK present the first major feature of 2013 boxing on Saturday 19 January, on a billboard with three world championship bouts.

The Mexican Orlando "Siri" Salido expose his world featherweight championship of the World Boxing Organization (WBO) before the world number one ranked Miguel Angel "Mikey" Garcia of Oxnard, California.

"Salido has proven with facts and win is the best, but I have the ability and strength to win experience and I will show next January 19 in New York," said Garcia, who is trained by his father, Eduardo Garcia and his brother former world champion Robert Garcia.

In the other title fights Gennady "GGG" Golovkin expose his middleweight crown of the World Boxing Association (WBA) to "King" Gabriel Rosado of Philadelphia and Puerto Rican ROMAN "ROCKY" MARTINEZ will present his super featherweight crown OMB against Mexican Juan Carlos Burgos.

The three fights will be televised on HBO program like "Boxing After Dark" beginning at 9:45 pm (local time) and recorded at the same time on the Pacific coast.

 "New York is a very important place in the boxing world and this is a great opportunity for me to show my talent to many people who know boxing," Garcia said.

This will be the second time that Garcia fight in New York, and fought in October 2011 in this scenario.

"I enjoyed the experience of fighting in New York and now back in the main event. I feel very grateful to have this opportunity and I will not miss," said Garcia.

Both his father and his brother Mikey trust that is ready for this challenge.

 "We know that Salido is a strong fighter and experimenting, but Mikey has thoroughly prepared and ready to face this challenge. Mikey is a very smart fighter and knows what he needs to do to win this fight that I have no doubt, "said Don Eduardo.

"Personally I think Mikey is a resourceful fighter who knows how to use them in the ring. Fighter is a very calm, very intelligent and prepared to fight and win the world championship," said Robert Garcia, arguably the best coach in 2012.

Garcia and his team will travel to New York on Monday, January 14 for the expected function.
