Juan Manuel Marquez has his sights set on the undefeated true WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley, who has never taken a break into the ring, endless with energy. Marquez just turned 40 the other day, and feels as if he's reborn. The major knockout victory over then the megastar Manny Pacquiao. bradley and Marquez have both beat Pacquiao back to back but Bradley was booed for his decision over the Pacman, while Marquez left no doubt as Pacquiao was motionless on the ground for minutes.
Bradley feels he loosened Pacquiao up for the KO, for maruqez and if they had fought again Pacquiao would have gotten knocked out all the same. Marquez, has went to well maybe too many times and that may have been his last hurrah, We saw that with Diego Corrales when he came back to stop Jose Luis Castillo, and when Israel Vazquez cameback in the last round to defeat Rafael Marquez, the brother of Juan Manuel.
Both fighters had devastating collapses after those fights, neither fighter would ever regain that greatness back, and soon was out of boxing. Juan sees it differently as he mentally prepare himself differently and physically he prepares himself differently, than those other fighters, and at 40 he's ready to show the world that big George Foreman was right, '40 is not a death sentence.'
