All I can assume is that Al Haymon who makes the decision for ALL his fighters had Peter Quillin to turn down the Roc Nation offer for the fights which supposedly was to be at the Barclay Center, which was found out later it was going to be at the DC Armory. For whatever reason Al Haymon told him that he is going to turn it down on his behalf because he has bigger plans for Kid Chocolate. Jay Z's Roc Nation will soon learn that it's not easy doing business in boxing as long as Al has something to do with it. He basically has shut down 50 Cent's SMS Promotions to a certain degree. What are yall's thoughts on Peter Quillin turning down the biggest payday of his career?
