By Kevin Davis

Floyd Mayweather always the businessman, working the angles. In a recent interview with Ben Thompson, Mayweather stated that he felt Adrien Broner should not seek a rematch with Marcos Maidana and should return on his undercard against a fighter a 140lbs. "In my honest opinion, I think 135 or 140 is good for him. I feel that everything happens for a reason and I think that should only make him stronger and make him come back and be a better fighter."

Then once Mayweather was confronted with that fact that the fans are calling for him to challenge Marcos Maidana on May 3rd that's when Mayweather stated that, "Broner shouldn't be focused on a rematch with Maidana, he should be focused on May 3rd my undercard, fight a soild guy and get his career back on track...absolutely, Maidana has enter the Mayweather lottery."

I agree with your statement Broner should move back to 140. Those kids at 147 are to heavy handed and they hit like monsters. He needs to change trainers and get rid of those yes men. He needs to move is head and have movement of his feet, jab more and have more punch output. He is a good fighter but needs to fight more intelligently.
