Sounds like a match made in boxing fans heavens, but to no avail,it's all rumors for now. Many experts truly believe that this was a way to bring some positive light to a bad poll decision made by the brainchild that thought it up. Khan making a large comeback to win a poll, when he was down by considerable large numbers, was a horrible job of engineering, even former President George W. Bush would say 'You don't do it like that.' Somewhere Marcos Maidana would be calling for a recount if he knew what the hell was going on in the first place.
Enter the newest rumor Mayweather will be fighting Maidana despite the polls, and Amir Khan would be facing of against Adrien 'The Problem' Broner. Everyone would be happy with this, boxing fan wise, but is it possible to make, yes and no. It would make more sense to put Canelo in March and Broner in April, Floyd in May, if you are a business man, you don't stack you PPV card with all your drawing talent on the frontlines, we have seen the effects of doing that in the past, with major upsets happening costing promotional companies millions.
