MAYWEATHER OPENS AS HUGE BETTING FAVORITE AGAINST COTTO

Floyd Mayweather Jr. wedsnday made his announcement that he would be facing 154 lbs 3-time world champion
Miguel Cotto, The betting odds maker in Las Vegas had Mayweather as a huge favorite. In one Vegas casino he is a -800 favorite, to +500 for Cotto. Against Victor Ortiz, Floyd opened up as a -650 favorite. I think many experts and writers are not giving Miguel Cotto his just due.
Here is a champion that has finally, gotten a chance to get the shot that should have been his before his controversial lost to Antonio Margarito. Cotto has never been this much of an underdog in his career, but he will also make the most money of any fight he has ever had in his career as well. Even trade off to me.

Cotto's a great champion! Those odds are correct. He doesn't even have a punchers chance of beating Mayweather. Cotto's not a one punch knock out guy. Do you really see Cottol landing enough against Mayweather to break him down. Specially toward the later rounds. I think It will be a good scrap but i see this being easy work for Mayweather. 12 round Decision. Fun night of boxing.
