Showtime Stops Bob Arum from Being on Conference Call - Still Bad Blood ???

Just when everything seems like it was going back to the good ole days. Oscar De La Hoya wants to bury the hatch with Bob Arum. They are talking about putting on shows together again. Goldenboy Promotions vs Top Rank Promotions, and may the best fighters win. Sounds good right?

Hold it right there. Now we have the good ole boys over in Showtime that want to derail that ideal. Gary Russell will be facing Vasyl Lomachenko on June 21st in LA. No Problem. Oscar represents Gary Russell and Bob Arum Represents Lomachenko. No Problem. The conference call is directed by SHOWTIME SPORTS. PROBLEMS ......... Showtime made a call to Bob Arum and let him know that he will not be on the Conference call. It has always been courteous for the promoters to be on the call to represent their fighters. Showtime doesn't see it that way.

Seems like we are back to square one. Now that Oscar and Bob are trying to work together, Showtime is now the hindrance. I'm tired of this ... we should just boycott Showtime until they come down off of their high horse.
