In sports more than any form of battle, the mental advantage is very important. To find a area of weakness in a person can be the difference between winning and losing. They are many fronts in this process, some like to appear meek, when they are strong, while others like myself who believe that if you are might as well show it. Power can generate fear in your opponent. I've seen boxers talk to the other guys girlfriend to get him rattled. I've seen other fighter act like they were going to be best frinds with a fighter, learn secrets about them then exploit them.

Sad as it may seem, the best fighters in the game are the ones that know how to get under the other guys skin the most, it gives them a mental edge. Knowing is have of a battle, it gives you a supreme glow of confidence that you're plan can work. The modt dangerous are the ones that can adapt to the fact that you may be strong but wont let you rattle them, they can hold their own under the pressure. The storm can be furious they stay on course until they are ready to strike. The patient warrior always gets the job done better over time.
