BOXINGTALK: (FIGHT FANS PLEASE READ): I'm not into subliminal messages & speakin' behind bushes like some I know....so let me address this matter once & for all publicly....WITH THE SOURCE. 
Last week, (see my post dated March 6th), I stated publicly that I was going to take on a lesser role in the sport because boxing politics & everyday life has basically stripped me of my desire & free time to dedicate myself the way I need to. I made it utterly clear in that post that I would remain on FightHypeRadio & fill that obligation. 

Apparently 'Thin-Skin' Ben Thompson was offended, & rather than coming to me like a man, decided to go public with a post about writers "coming and going", & those same writers spending time "writing inspirational quotes on FB" but not having time to write articles. Let me be very clear BEN THOMPSON:

If you look at 90% of my NON-WEEKEND Facebook Post, they happen before 9AM & after 8PM. Know why? Because between that time I work in a national law firm providing for my family. If you were more attentive to the needs of YOUR family, rather than my decision to put mine first, ya s*** wouldn't be up in the air right now like it is. Those same inspirational quotes you talk down on now shined light on you in the midst of your darkest days. And no matter how how little time i had, when you needed someone to talk to, I always found some. I said before.....i entered this sport to talk about men who fight.......not fight. I have NO INTEREST in letting you pull me into any 50/Floyd type beef. 

If I see you, I will walk the other way. If I know you're in the building, i won't be there. I have no interest in bringing shame on my kids & my family for your insecure ass. But best believe one thing: 

Don't let the family pics and Armani Exchange suits fool you....I can get my hands dirty when i need to. The day you step in my face with this b******* & avoiding confrontation ISN'T an option, all i got to say is put on your hard hat, pack a lunch, & i hope you ate your Wheaties. Because like ya master Floyd always says: "We men, not dicks.....size don't mean s***"! I want to apologize to everyone that got pulled into this drama. I consider u all FRIENDS....but right now im dealing with a kid who is desperate to gain FANS....yet comes off more as a GROUPIE than anything. 

And for those who THINK i "went to fighthype to create a name for myself".......please, check the resume. I spent 4yrs with the Miami Heat before anyone knew Ben Thompson. Prior to that i was interviewing the likes of Usher, Madonna, Alonzo Mourning, Shaq, Janet Jackson, & the list continues. I've worked hard in life. Which is why I can say what I want to say in this game WITHOUT worrying about being denied credentials. I rather be hated for being honest than loved for lying. I can buy a ticket like every other fan & would much rather sit next to my son & daughter than a clown like this. 

Percy Crawford, David Kassel, Nick Sanchez, & the rest of the FightHype Family, i have much love for you all. This wasn't the plan, but I don't write the script....I just play my assigned role. 

Ben Thompson, YOU DID VERY WELL BY KEEPING MY NAME OUT OF YOUR MOUTH, & U DID EVEN BETTER BY LETTING THE WORLD KNOW HOW MUCH YOU APPRECIATED MY EFFORTS BY EVEN GOING PUBLIC WITH THIS DRAMA. LAST THING YOU NEED TO DO TO PERFORM THE ULTIMATE TRIFECTA IS SHOW ME MAGIC & GET THE F*** OUTTA HERE. I am a grown man. I don't play kid games, I play adult games....and s*** can get real....real fast. I appreciate everything. You said your piece....i said mine.....do us both a favor....carry on. Cuz that's what i'm doin!
