World Boxing Council President Jose Sulaiman passed away on January 16, 2014 at the age of 82 in Los Angeles, California. Jose Sulaiman had a heart operation in October 2013, but on December 30, 2013 Jose Sulaiman suffered more complications and never recovered. A lot of fighters, past and present fought, won and defended the WBC title. Jose Sulaiman will be missed.

My condolences goes out to Jose, his family, his friends, the fighters who won, defended, fought for the title, his WBC and the fans.

Above is a photo of me holding the World Boxing Council title that Manny Pacquiao won from one of his past fights. This photo of me holding the belt took place on November 2, 2012 in Los Angeles after Manny Pacquiao was done training.
