I had the opportunity to meet Omar Henry a few years back when he was being considered as Manny Pacquiao's sparring partner for the Miguel Cotto fight. He turned it down in high hopes of finishing his College career. He went on to become a rising superstar with knockout power with a record of 12-0, 9 KO's. Around 3-4 months ago he took sick and soon was diagnosed with gall bladder cancer. Reports were saying that he dropped down to 130lbs. He would send facebook and tweets that he is going to beat it and he will overcome. This morning he passed away. Once we find out more about the funeral we will give the address to send flowers and condolences. Omar Henry will be missed.
